Applying SABSA to Secure AI Business Value
The emergence of Generative AI and its rapid evolution into agentic solutions for business offers a great deal of potential for cost reduction and service improvement and innovation. However, for many organisations AI has been a costly investment in pilot projects that had no business value or that failed due to inadequate data. SABSA is a business-driven approach to architecting solutions, ensuring that investment has a clear line of sight to business value. In this presentation, we apply an enterprise architecture perspective to AI and show the architectural artefacts and models needed to align AI developments to business value while at the same time showing how AI tools can assist the architectural development.
